Studio Rosi is a creative project and small business - we produce in small editions, we pack and ship ourselves. We charge shipping costs. Our packaging is made from recycled materials. We use packaging several times, so your package may arrive with rough edges - the prints are safe. We ship with DHL Go Green.

Pickup
You are welcome to pick up your order within 3-5 days at the store in Köln Ehrenfeld. Collection during regular opening hours or by arrangement by email:hej@studiorosi.de.

We are happy about conscious orders, especially to avoid unnecessary ways. In the case of a return, you bear the shipping costs. If you still want to cancel your order, please note that the product must not have been used - in our case you have not received any kinks or contamination - otherwise the right of cancellation expires. You have 14 days to do so. You can find more about this in our terms and conditions. Please include a letter with the package with the following information:

1. Name, address, telephone number or email address with a clear declaration to withdraw from the contract.

2. Send the package, insured with a tracking number, to Studio Rosi, Christian-Schult-Str. 16, 50823 Köln

3. Keep the tracking number safe until processing.
